Feeling weary? So did our Founders (for a little while)

Dear Country Patriots,

Forming a new country against the most powerful empire in the world by obeying and following the Living God was not for the faint of hearts.

During the Colonial period, our Founders suffered many grievances, all numbered in the Declaration of Independence, and suffered much by being turned between obedience to the king and obedience to The King. This is because by The King’s commands we are be obedient to the authorities He has ordained over us.

Do you know that most of our Founders were sincere followers of Jesus and were ministers and preachers?

Do you feel weary because you are turned between standing on your Christian and patriotic values and principles and obeying earthly authorities who nowadays seem to contradict such values and principles? The world and our great Country have changed having become now a place where evil is good and good is evil; and the land of the free and the home of the brave seem to have been transformed into the land of the slave and the home of the weak. It does not need to be this way, and by the grace of God it won’t.

Our Living God, our Father in Heaven, says in 2 Chronicles 7:14 “if my people who are called by my name and humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

Father is talking to His own here, not to the world. Those who are not born again in the Spirit and do not know Him intimately are victims and slave of the enemy. There is a spiritual battle engulfing us. Please do not be deceived. And Father loves to “chose the foolish in the world to shame the wise; and chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong” (1 Corinthians 1:27). So if you think to be powerless and weak, please don’t! We are strong and relevant in Him!

Didn’t Gideon win a decisive victory against the immense number of Midianites with just 300 men? Did not God Himself reduced the number from 20,000 to 300, requesting that all those who were trembling to go back home, and then further selecting the warriors to go against the mighty enemy? (Judges 7).

Wasn’t Gideon feeling weak and powerless, asking God ““Please, Lord, how can I save Israel? Behold, my clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father’s house.” And the Lord said to him, “But I will be with you, and you shall strike the Midianites as one man.” (Judges 6:15-16).

As God achieved victory through Gideon, bothers and sisters in Christ, and fellow American Patriots, so He will through us: let’s put God the Father, God our Savior Jesus, and God The Adviser, the Holy Spirit in us, front and center in our lives, in our thoughts and actions, and let’s obey Him, and claim His victory! Victory will be His and ours!

Strength is not in number, but it is in God.

Two of the most important qualities to God in the character of any living being are loyalty and faithfulness. Either we are one hundred percent with Him or we are not at all. He wants us to know Him and have a loving intimate relationship with Him.

Read the Bible and ask for His guidance in learning and apply His ways. Claim His victories. Shed the unholy trinity of Me, Myself and I, and put on the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). Let’s look at our will and deeds and align them to God’s will. Let’s repent of our wrongdoing (“sexual immorality, impurity, indecency, idolatry, witchcraft, hostility, strife, jealousy, rage, selfish ambitions, dissensions, divisions,  envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.”) and instead let’s embrace the Fruit of the Spirit (But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,  gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.” Galatians 5:18-23)

Let’s start by walking in Spirit and Truth, by treating our enemies as we would like to be treated, focusing on mercy while asking God for justice. Let’s let it go of fear and anxiety, and just focus on Christ. And He Who is our banner will fight for us and keep us with His wings until destruction passes (Exodus 17:15; Psalm 57:1).

It starts with a small step. We cannot complain that the world around is crumbling, if we do not take the first step of obedience and loyalty to Him Who created the world and the United States of America.

We cannot win the battle, if first we do not gather the weapons and train. “For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but powerful through God to destroy strongholds.  We are tearing down false arguments and every high minded thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ,  ready to punish all disobedience, whenever your obedience is complete.” (2 Corinthians 10:4-6)

And the very first step, it is to accept Jesus Christ as your Savior. He is the one who is longing for you to seek Him and love Him, and love you and defend you. He gives life abundantly and His is the victory.  “For the word of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.” (1 Corinthians 1:18). And my friend, without the power of God both you and our beloved Country are doomed. But with His power you will see miracles in front of you, God’s enemies fall, and a crooked path straighten out. And I am talking from personal experience.

Sincerely ask Jesus to forgive your sins, sincerely surrender to Him and ask Him to make you His by the simple sinner prayer: Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior.

Then follow Him, get to know Him, trust Him and obey Him. Your life and our Country will be totally transformed.

In Jesus Name, thus I pray. Amen.
